How to Start a Partnership with Glass House

Thank you for your interest in having Glass House Ministry partner with your congregation in this vital area of ministry. We encourage you to set up a meeting with our First Response Team to review the communication process and begin implementing our program into your Church.

During our first meeting, our goal is accomplish the following:

  1. Establish a direct contact/liaison to oversee the program(s). This is critical to streamlining both communications and results between our organizations. Examples of an appropriate contact/liaison for the following key programs are:
    • CARE 411 Program — Care Pastor or Benevolence Leader
    • MAKING CENTS Classes — Stewardship Pastor or Lay Leader
    • RESTORE Program — Care Pastor, Benevolence Leader or Advocate/Lay Leader

  2. Provide an outline for the program(s) of interest and walk through procedures and communication tools that must be implemented.

  3. Set up any additional training for leaders or volunteers dedicated to the program(s).

  4. Review the communication process and walk through the desired program(s) in detail.

  5. Provide materials and resources to begin offering services to your congregation(such as marketing materials, resource books, applications, etc.)
